Trivia Night for Cheaters w/ John Hodgman

Be a part of Brooklyn’s favorite Trivia Tournament with John Hodgman as you raise funds to provide free creative writing programs to NYC public school students! All proceeds from the event go towards 826NYC, a nonprofit providing free writing and literacy programs to under-resourced NYC students. You can learn more about their programs at their website 826nyc.org. So get your team together for a night of full-bodied beer, laughter, and cheating (plus some fierce competition).

How the game works:

• 25 Questions selected and presented by quizmaster Hodgman
• 25 Teams: You and four friends versus 24 other teams (each team is expected to raise at least $1,250, or $250 per person)
•  2 First place prizes
•  2 Prizes for the top fundraisers (the top two individual fundraisers will each receive two round trip tickets on JetBlue)

Our unbelievably challenging questions would stump even the greatest trivia connoisseur, so we encourage you to raise more money than your competitors so you can cheat your way to the top! All money raised by your team can be used to purchase cheats at the beginning of each round. Some choice cheats you and your team can take advantage of:

• Cheat off your neighbor
• 30 seconds of smart phone use
• Skip a question
